We have reached the final full moon of the year.

Right as we move toward the winter solstice… the darkest, most sacred time of the year.

This is when the mind can feel full.

Anxiety, stress, confusion about the future — it starts to spread across the whole system.

The energy gets uneven… diffused… scattered through the mind, the heart, the body, the nerves.

The yogis teach a way to focus scattered energy, by bringing the mind, the breath, and the emotions into one steady stream.

When the energy comes together like that, something shifts.
The stress starts to lift.
The channels open.
The mind feels clear again.
The body wakes up with a natural pleasure.
You can feel your glow return… even a little sparkle through the eyes.
